Upon resume review, we will contact you for an introductory appointment at our office.

Your appointment includes application paperwork, software proficiency and other applicable assessments, and an interview with a Staffing Specialist.

Once completed, you are registered in our system and ready for placement.

Step 3: Get Placed

We work to find you a fitting opportunity.

What type of roles do you fill?

We specialize but are not limited to administrative and operational support roles.  Our most frequent positions include Executive Assistants, Administrative Assistants, Receptionist, Customer Service, Support Clerks – and more!

Do you fill permanent jobs?

Yes! Many of our temporary positions result in permanent hire. Clients also often contact us directly to fill a permanent position.

 How long does it take to get placed?

We get new jobs every day. Our team is very proactive in reaching out to candidates.  Many factors affect the length of the hiring process. Most common are your experience, availability and timing of a particular position.

How do I get paid?

Getting to our office

We are located in the 520 Pike Tower on Pike Street, between 5th and 6th Avenue.

Parking is available in the building garage. Once parked, take the elevator down to the lobby. Head towards the internal elevator bay to the right of the front desk. Take the elevators on your right to floor 13.

At floor 13, we are to the left at the end of the hall.
